Can you imagine what it would be like to be the first person to walk, or talk, or see a bird’s nest, or brush your hair, or drink water? Well, the first people to do all that were Adam and Eve. They were put on the earth in a beautiful place called Eden. God showed them around. “Look, there are the honey bees buzzing away, and the otter peacefully floating. There’s the flamingo perched oh-so contentedly, and the koala bear munching eucalyptus. There’s the maple tree rustling, and the sunflowers swaying!” And as they walked, they plucked berries from bushes, and fruit from trees, and they filled their mouths with the most delicious snacks.
