Dear Faith Matters Friends,

This is Cay Cox, one of the long-time Restore volunteers. You may recognize our darling Nicki Williams, who has also been a volunteer every year since Restore began. She absolutely adores this Faith Matters Family! You are her people!

We are reaching out because Nicki needs our help. She is a single mom of six kids who has been battling colorectal cancer the last few years. It has spread to other places in her body, most recently as stage 4 terminal lung cancer.

Nicki is a nurse who has been unable to work for the past year, so finances are a constant worry. She recently has been talking about selling her home, which would be yet another loss for her and her kids. This is such a challenge for a woman who has always shown such beautiful self-reliance.

Instead of “fundraising,” we want to support her with a monthly “income” that would help provide for ongoing treatment costs and daily living expenses for her and her children. Please consider a monthly contribution for the next year to help fund Nicki’s Support Account. This could be as small as $5 a month or $100 or more. One-time donations are also welcome.

If we all join together to show our love and support, we can lift a huge burden from this precious family in their time of need.
